BIALSKA 104/118 AND IN THE HOSPITAL FACILITY LOCATED AT UL. PCK 7. 2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – “Description of the Subject Matter of the Order”. Other conditions concerning the performance of the order are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractors to conduct an on-site inspection of the contract execution site in order to obtain all data that may be useful for preparing the offer and performing the subject matter of the contract. The Contractors costs related to participation in the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor. Offers of Contractors who do not participate in the on-site inspection will be rejected pursuant to Art. 226, sec. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law, which reads: "The Ordering Party shall reject the offer if: it was submitted without conducting an on-site inspection or without verifying the documents necessary to perform the contract available on-site at the Ordering Partys premises, if the Ordering Party has so required in the procurement documents." In the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract (consortium), the Ordering Party will consider the obligation fulfilled if at least one member of the consortium or a representative appointed by one of the consortium members participates in the on-site inspection. 4.
