The Independent Public Health Care Facility Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Performing comprehensive supervision of the investment task entitled "Reconstruction and extension of the Psychiatry Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz, building B1, ul. Czechosłowacka 8/10" in the design and build mode for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz at ul. Pomorska 251. (Investment). 2. The investment is carried out under the Funding Agreement DOI/FM/SIS/PSYCH/2026/305/51 for the granting of targeted subsidies to co-finance the implementation of the investment program entitled "Reconstruction, extension and retrofitting of the Psychiatric Clinics of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz". The Investment Program was established by Resolution No. 8 of the Council of Ministers of 8 January 2026. The Contractor is obligated to take into account all rigors and reporting procedures resulting from the financing of the task from external funds. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in separate appendices – the DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (DOS) file in Part B of the Specifications for Contracts. The place of performance of the Contract is: Independent Public Healthcare Facility Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz with its registered office in Lodz, building B1, 8/10 Czechosłowacka Street. 4. Designation according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 71247000-1 Supervision of construction works; 71540000-5 - Construction management services -- other CPV in the description of the subject of the contract 5. In the case of this procedure, the Ordering Party refrained from dividing the contract into lots because it considered that dividing it into lots was not possible. The Ordering Party did not divide the contract into lots due to the nature of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the DOS). 6. The order will be implemented until December 31, 2027. 7. The scope and terms of the changes are included in the contract template, which constitutes an appendix to the Technical Specifications. 8.
