Providing forest management services in the Grotniki Forest District, to be completed in 2026

The State Forests Grotniki Forest District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is forest management services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nursery production, seed production, and fencing of forest plantations, to be performed within the Grotniki Forest District in 2026. The subject of the order is divided into 14 parts ("Packages"). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Specification of Terms of Reference (TSR) with appendices. The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and fencing of forest plantations resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the TTS, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned scope of works; Appendix No. 2.2.1. - detailed scope of work by activity groups, activities and location; Appendix No. 2.2.2. - contract value valuation for individual works; Appendix No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. - assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. - list of distances and conditions for timber skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.4. - list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5. - list of items not available for machine harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.6. - information on the optimal timber harvesting technology (potential); Appendix No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal timber harvesting variant; Appendix No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the maintenance of forest plantations; Appendix No. 2.4.2. – a list of items not available for renewals performed using a planter. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the order are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications, which consist of: Appendix No. 3.1. “Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works”; Appendix No. 3.2. Parameter Tables (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the “Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works”; Appendix No. 3.3. “Description of the technology standard for performing nursery management works”; Appendix No. 3.4. Parameter Tables (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the “Description of the technology standard for performing nursery management works”, Appendix No. 3.5. “Description of the technology standard for performing fire protection works”, Appendix No. 3.6. Tables of Parameters (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the technology standard for performing fire protection works". Detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1 to SWZ, in Appendix No. 3.3.to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing work in the field of nursery management (activities), Appendix No. 3.5 to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing work in the field of fire protection (activities), constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1 to the SWZ, Appendix No. 3.3 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 3.5 to the SWZ do not apply. The Parameter Tables contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the method of implementing certain activities described in Appendix No. 3.1 to the SWZ Description of the technology standard for performing forestry work, in Appendix No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the technology standard for performing work in the field of nursery management and in Appendix No. 3.5 to the SWZ Description of the technology standard for performing work in the field of fire protection in specific conditions regarding a given Package included in the subject of the order.
