The State Treasury PGL LP Jugów Forest District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is forest management services, as defined in art. 6 section 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and nursery management to be performed within the Jugów Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the subject of the order covers the total amount of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and nursery management, the scope of which is detailed in the annexes to the Description of the Subject of the Order in the Technical Specifications. In relation to each Package, the Ordering Party is entitled to commission the Contractor an additional material scope in relation to each item of the Bid Cost Estimate constituting part of the Bid ("Option"). The subject of the Option will be the same (analogous) work as described in the ToR and priced by the Contractor in any of the items in the Proposal Cost Estimate forming part of the Offer. Under the Option, at the Ordering Party's discretion, all, some, or only one of the works specified in the ToR and priced by the Contractor in the Proposal Cost Estimate forming part of the Offer may be commissioned. The works subject to the Option may be commissioned in quantities whose total value will not exceed 30% of the Remuneration on the date of the Agreement. The basis for determining the value of the works commissioned under the Option (to determine its scope) will be the unit prices of the individual works included in the Proposal Cost Estimate forming part of the Offer. The Ordering Party is not obligated to commission the works covered by the Option, and the Contractor has no claim to commission them. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of using the Option in the event of: (1) the need to increase the scope of services constituting the subject of the contract due to natural, climatic, atmospheric reasons, or reasons related to proper forest management; (2) changes in the timber sales market or entrusting the Ordering Party with new economic or public tasks; (3) entrusting the Contractor with work constituting substitute performance in relation to work performed by another contractor (in the Package Implementation Area). The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 section 1 item 7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The contracts referred to above will consist of repeating services consistent with the services constituting the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspects of their performance. The scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts will cover forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting and skidding, including activities indicated generically in the annexes to the Technical Specifications, which result from the forest management plans in force in the administrative area of ​​the Jugów Forest District.or which, in order to ensure proper forest management, have become necessary as a result of or in connection with natural, climatic, or atmospheric events. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to above will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The contracts referred to above will be awarded in the event of a need to expand the material scope of the services covered by the contract due to natural or atmospheric conditions, changes in the timber sales market, or the entrustment of new economic or public tasks to the Ordering Party, as well as in the event of the impossibility of selecting forestry service providers under the basic procurement procedures for objective reasons, in order to secure the necessary performance of the work, and in the event of entrusting a contractor with work constituting a substitute for work performed by another contractor.
