Providing forest management services in the Ośno Lubuskie Forest District in 2026

The State Treasury State Forest Holding State Forests Ośno Lubuskie Forest District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1) The subject of the contract is forest management services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nurseries, seed production and selection to be performed within the Ośno Lubuskie Forest District in 2026. The subject of the contract is divided into 5 packages. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, maintenance of forest infrastructure, as well as nurseries, seed production and selection resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned scope of works; Appendix No. 2.2.1. - detailed scope of works by activity groups, activities and locations; Appendix No. 2.2.2. - contract value valuation for individual works; Appendix No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. - assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. - list of distances and conditions for timber skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.4. - list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5. - list of items not available for machine harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.6. - information on the optimal timber harvesting technology (potential); Appendix No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal timber harvesting variant; Appendix No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the maintenance of forest plantations; Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewals performed using a planter. Appendix No. 2.5 - list of items from the seed and cone collection site 3) The material scopes listed in the appendices included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the order are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications, which consist of: Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works" Appendix No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works" Appendix No. 3.3. "Description of the technology standard for performing nursery management works" Appendix No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard technology for performing works in the field of nursery management" Appendix No. 3.5 "Description of the standard technology for performing fire protection works" A detailed description of the standard technology for performing individual forestry works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1. to SWZ and in Appendix No. 3.3.to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), a detailed description of the technology standard for performing forestry work (activities) constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Appendix No. 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Parameter Tables contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the method of implementing certain activities described in Appendix No. 3.1. to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) Description of the technology standard for performing forestry work or in Appendix No. 3.3. to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) Description of the technology standard for performing forestry work, in specific conditions relating to a given Package included in the subject of the order. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are provided in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) A description of the principles for the procedure for accepting forestry works is provided in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
