The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the Subject Matter of the Agreement within 50% of the value of the Agreement covered by the basic order (in a given part). In the remaining scope, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims for a reduction in the number of hours of individual support. 5) The scope of the order covered by the option right includes additional hours of individual support, i.e.: a) part A: Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship – 100 hours; b) part B: Lublin Voivodeship – 130 hours; c) part C: Lubusz Voivodeship – 70 hours; d) Part D: Lodz Voivodeship - 130 hours; e) Part E: Lesser Poland Voivodeship - 160 hours; f) Part G: Opole Voivodeship - 60 hours; g) Part I: Podlaskie Voivodeship - 70 hours; h) Part J: Pomeranian Voivodeship - 100 hours; i) Part K: Silesian Voivodeship - 190 hours; j) Part L: Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship - 60 hours; k) Part Ł: Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship - 90 hours; l) Part M: Greater Poland Voivodeship - 210 hours; m) Part N:West Pomeranian Voivodeship - 110 hours. Provided that this scope may be implemented in whole or in part. Details regarding the option right are provided in section 3 of this chapter and the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications). 4) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. 5) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, in accordance with the following division: a) part A: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, b) part B: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Lublin Voivodeship, c) part C: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Lubusz Voivodeship, d) part D: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Łódź Voivodeship, e) part E: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, f) part G: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Opolskie Voivodeship, g) part I: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, h) part J: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, i) part K: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Silesian Voivodeship, j) part L: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, k) part Ł: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, l) part M: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, m) part N: provision of individual expert support (IW) in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, 6) The Ordering Party does not limit the number of lots for which a contractor may submit a tender, nor does it indicate the maximum number of lots for which a contract may be awarded to the same contractor; 7) The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of submitting variant tenders. 8) The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts for similar services within the meaning of art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 9) Option (art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law). a) The Ordering Party envisages the use of the option right consisting in the performance of additional hours of individual support in the number of hours indicated in item 5 above. The detailed scope of services covered by the option right is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Specification of Technical Specifications. b) Details regarding the option, specifying the type and circumstances of exercising the option right, are included in Appendix 2 to the ToR (agreement template). 10) Order completion date: up to 12 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement; provided that the completion of the Subject Matter of the Agreement covered by the option right cannot exceed the Agreement completion date. The Ordering Party will submit a declaration of exercising the option right no later than 3 months before the expiry of the Agreement completion date. 11) Service delivery address: online and/or in-person meetings - at the PPP headquarters or another location within the district (within a given voivodeship).
