The subject of the order is a service consisting of providing the military with portable shower containers, along with their maintenance: rental, installation, cleaning and technical support in facilities administered by the 16th Military Economic Unit in Drawsko Pomorskie. The order covers the 16th Military Economic Unit's area of ​​responsibility in the following locations: Drawsko Pomorskie Security Group; Złocieniec Security Group; Wałcz Security Group; Wałcz/Nadarzyce Security Group. 2. The ordering party reserves the right to change the number of days and the number of devices, provided that the value of the entire contract cannot be increased. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the Technical Specifications, and in particular in: a) the description of the subject of the order b) the draft agreement 4. Performance of activities related to the implementation of the service consists of comprehensive daily servicing of sanitary facilities, i.e. emptying septic tanks, removal and disposal of bathing wastewater from container baths, ongoing replenishment of cleaning agents or, if necessary, disinfectants in soap dispensers located above the sinks in each type of shower container. Constant maintenance of appropriate hygiene and cleanliness conditions, consisting in the performance by persons directly performing the above-mentioned activities in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code. Therefore, during the performance of the service, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor and/or Subcontractors employ all the above-mentioned employees performing the service for the entire duration of the agreement under an employment contract. 5. Method of verifying the employment of these persons; During the execution of the Order, at each request of the Ordering Party, within the time specified in the request, the Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party one of the following evidence to confirm compliance with the requirement to employ under an employment contract the persons performing the activities indicated in paragraph 4 during the execution of the Order: 1) A declaration by the Contractor or Subcontractor regarding the employment under an employment contract of the persons performing the activities to which the Ordering Party’s request relates. This declaration should include in particular: a precise identification of the entity submitting the declaration, the date of submission of the declaration, an indication that the activities covered by the request are performed by persons employed under an employment contract, together with an indication of the number of such persons, the type of employment contract, the scope of responsibilities and full-time employment, and the signature of the person authorized to make the declaration on behalf of the Contractor or Subcontractor; 2) An anonymized copy of the employment contract(s) of the persons performing the activities to which the above-mentioned relates during the execution of the Order, certified as a true copy by the Contractor or Subcontractor, respectively. declaration of the Contractor or Subcontractor (together with a document regulating the scope of duties,if it has been drawn up).
