Providing municipal waste collection and management services from the Słubice Commune

The Słubice Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is: 1.1. Collection of municipal waste from the Słubice Commune, from owners of residential and uninhabited properties where municipal waste covered by the municipal waste collection system is generated, and management of collected waste in a manner that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery, and limiting the mass of municipal waste sent for landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended). 1.2. Delivery of containers/bags to owners of residential and uninhabited properties where municipal waste covered by the municipal waste collection system is generated. 1.3. Leaving containers in the properties after the completion of the waste collection service for a period of 30 days. 1.4. Collection of selectively collected raw material waste from indicated educational facilities, where collection is carried out as part of environmental education. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 90500000-2, 90511000-2, 90533000-2 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. This is a homogeneous contract and the municipality is not divided into sectors that could serve different entities. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues. 5. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 6. Pursuant to art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor employs persons performing the following activities within the scope of the contract: in accordance with § 14 of the contract template - a driver, a refuse loader, a person supervising the works and a BDO operator. 7. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the requirement to employ persons under an employment contract are specified in the Contract Template, which constitutes an annex to the Technical Specifications. with tender notice no. 681665-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
