The Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. Type of contract: service. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive permanent, direct physical protection of people and property, as well as monitoring signals from alarm and fire systems on the premises of the Wrocław Pawłowice Education and Development Center of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as well as security for outdoor events. 3. The service includes in particular: 1) 24-hour one-person staffing of a permanent guard post – 17,544 man-hours; 2) two planned site visits each 24-hour period – a total of 1,462 visits; 3) 24-hour readiness of a two-person, unarmed and motorized intervention patrol and on-call interventions; for price calculation purposes, 104 paid interventions are assumed; 4) security for outdoor events – 554 man-hours; 5) services initiated under option rights. 4. The Ordering Party guarantees: 1) the use of at least 70% of the number of man-hours of the permanent post covered by the basic order, i.e., at least 12,281 man-hours of the planned 17,544 man-hours; 2) the completion of at least 70% of the planned detours of the area covered by the basic order, i.e., at least 1,024 detours of the planned 1,462 detours; 3) the above guarantee does not cover intervention patrol interventions, security at outdoor events, or services covered by the option right. The quantities for these services are estimates and will be settled according to actual performance. 5. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the order, places and times of service provision, personnel responsibilities, patrol requirements, and documentation and inspection principles are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "DOC", constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the ToR. 6. Detailed rights and obligations of the Parties, principles of service provision and settlement, and the Contractors liability are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions, hereinafter referred to as "PPU," constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 7. The place of execution of the order is the Wrocław Pawłowice Educational and Development Center of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, within the area indicated in the SWZ. 8. The offer must cover the entire subject of the order specified in the SWZ, OPZ, and PPU. 9. The offer must be clear and complete, and its content must enable the Ordering Party to verify the compliance of the offered method of order execution with the requirements specified in the SWZ and its appendices. 10. The Contractor is obligated to execute the subject of the order with due diligence, in accordance with applicable law, the provisions of the SWZ and its appendices, procedures in force at the facilities, and instructions of authorized representatives of the Ordering Party. with tender notice no. 705856-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
