Contractor, and interventions if necessary in the protected areas of the Contractor's intervention group, as well as convoying 2 (two) times a week of cash values ​​for the 8th Air Transport Base in Balice, with the scope of the contract divided into the four tasks listed below: Task No. 1 - provision of services in the scope of protection of persons and property (areas, facilities, devices, movable property) in: - 8th Air Transport Base in Balice (8.BLTr), - technical facility of the Regional IT Centre Kraków - 3rd Teleinformatics Support Region located in Zabierzów - technical facility of the 3rd Radio Engineering Battalion - 360th long-range radiolocation post located in Brzoskwinia - technical facility of the Regional IT Centre Kraków - 3rd Teleinformatics Support Region located in Cholerzyn, including: • task No. 1a - provision of services in the scope of protection of persons and property (areas, facilities, devices, movable property) movable property) at the 8th Transport Aviation Base in Balice and the technical facility of the Regional IT Centre Kraków – 3rd Teleinformatic Support Region – located in Cholerzyn and convoying 2 (two) times a week cash values ​​for the 8th Transport Aviation Base in Balice; • task No. 1b – providing services in the scope of protection of persons and property (areas, facilities, devices, movable property) in the technical facility of the Regional IT Centre Kraków – 3rd Teleinformatic Support Region located in Zabierzów; • task No. 1c – providing services in the scope of protection of persons and property (areas, facilities, devices, movable property) in the technical facility of the 3rd Radio Engineering Battalion - 360th Long-Range Radiolocation Post located in Brzoskwinia; Task No. 2 – providing services in the scope of protection of persons and property (areas, facilities, devices, movable property) in WCR Oświęcim; Task No. 3 – provision of services in the field of protection of persons and property (areas, facilities, devices,movable property) in WCR Nowy Targ; Task No. 4 – provision of services in the scope of protection of persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) in 112 blp - 11 MBOT located in Oświęcim. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial applications/offers, i.e. for Task No. 1 (which includes Tasks No. 1a, No. 1b and No. 1c), Task No. 2, Task No. 3 and Task No. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial applications/offers covering part of the subject of the contract within the scope of individual tasks. 2. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of invalidating the procedure under Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.: The Ordering Party may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds which the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. 3. Pursuant to Art. 405 sec. 8 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may refrain from rejecting the application to participate in the procedure or the offer of a contractor in relation to whom there are grounds for exclusion referred to in Art. 405 sec. 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if an appropriate reservation was provided for in the contract notice and is justified by the general interest. with tender notice no. 702608-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
