For each lot, the Ordering Party envisages the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Act. 3. The Ordering Party requires that: 1) the subject of the order be performed only by persons with no criminal record, in the scope of each part, 2) the subject of the order be performed in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, and that the tools and technical equipment referred to in the annexes to the draft provisions of the contract be used to perform the order, in the scope of each part, 3) the selected Contractor submits to the Ordering Party a list of persons assigned to perform the order together with declarations of their lack of criminal record no later than the date of commencement of the order, in the scope of each part, 4) in the scope of part No. 1 and part No. 9 - the selected Contractor, no later than 7 days after signing the contract, submits: A list of cleaning and hygiene products intended for the performance of the order together with their safety data sheets, 4.
