The Ministry of Finance in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the removal of segregated solid waste from the real estate of the Ministry of Finance: 2.1.1 at 12 Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw, 2.1.2 located in the Wola district of Warsaw (real estate located in the Wola district, address details will be provided upon signing the contract), hereinafter referred to as "real estate", consisting in the provision of waste containers to the Ordering Party, their transport, setting them up in places indicated by the Ordering Party on the property, and removal of containers with waste from the property - for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but not earlier than from 9 January 2027, as part of the basic order, subject to § 2 sec. 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Law. 2.2 Pursuant to art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor (or subcontractor - where applicable) employs persons driving waste collection vehicles and performing waste loading and collection activities under an employment contract. Employment requirements are specified in § 8 of the PPU. 2.3 The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of extending the Agreement performance period by exercising the option right (hereinafter referred to as the "Option") specified in § 2, section 3 and § 13 of the PPU. The Ordering Party is not obligated to exercise the Option in whole or in part, and in the event of failure to exercise the Option, the Ordering Party shall not be liable to the Contractor for failure to exercise the Option. The Ordering Party will execute the Option provided it has the financial resources and a justified need to perform the activities covered by the Option.
