Providing the Central Printing service along with the lease and comprehensive servicing of multifunctional devices and software at the Tax Administration Chamber units in Gdańsk

The subject of the order for the provision of the Central Printing service, together with the lease and comprehensive maintenance of multifunction devices and software at the Tax Administration Chamber units in Gdańsk, is the Central Printing service, i.e., printing, copying, and scanning of documents. The Contractor's scope of work includes: a) delivery of multifunction devices and servers in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, i.e., in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the ToR and the Table constituting Appendix No. 1 a) to the ToR, along with installation of the devices at individual locations of the Ordering Party: installation, application configuration; b) effective launch and configuration of the devices at individual locations of the Ordering Party's Units; c) training of personnel in the operation of each device at its site of operation; d) training of system administrators in the operation of the monitoring software with its full scope of functionality. Along with the multifunction devices, and as part of the price of the service provided, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the software necessary to provide the Central Printing service, which is the subject of the contract in this procedure. As part of the Central Printing service, along with the lease and comprehensive maintenance of multifunction devices and software at the Tax Administration Chamber in Gdańsk, the Contractor will provide maintenance services for multifunction devices and software for the duration of the Contract. As part of the contract, the Contractor will deliver 304 multifunction devices that meet the following minimum criteria: multifunction devices: type 1, type 2, type 3, manufactured no earlier than 2023, on which the total number of prints and copies made for each multifunction device, on the date the service commences for the Ordering Party, does not exceed 400,000 pages (in words: four hundred thousand pages) with a device lifespan of 1.5 million (in words: one million five hundred thousand), and multifunction devices: type 4, manufactured no earlier than in 2023, on which the total number of prints and copies made, for each multifunction device, on the date of commencement of the service provision to the Ordering Party, does not exceed 200,000 pages (in words: two hundred thousand pages) with a device life parameter of 400,000 pages (in words: four hundred thousand pages), installed in locations indicated by the Ordering Party, for the duration of the service provision. with tender notice no. 666367-2026 published on 29 Sep 2026.
