The training should increase inmates' motivation and enable them to acquire competencies essential for navigating the job market, covering 11 topic areas: rational time management, self-presentation, the art of conversation and calm argumentation, coping with negative emotions, job search methods, conducting interviews with potential employers, preparing documents for employment, adequate self-assessment, work motivation, budget management, etc. Each of the 11 modules mentioned above will be completed in 2 teaching hours, and selected modules will be additionally expanded by a total of 8 teaching hours, for a total of 30 teaching hours per session. Topics requiring expansion will be selected based on the needs expressed by participants during the training and those identified by the instructor.
