The Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the development of a complete building inventory and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the investment project entitled "KWP Katowice – modernization of buildings A, B, C, stage I with adaptation to fire safety regulations of the KWP buildings in Katowice at 19 Lompy Street." Design and cost estimate documentation prepared under this order should be compliant with the Building Law and provided with a list of studies and a written declaration by the Contractor that it has been prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and standards and that it is being released complete from the point of view of the purpose it is intended to serve. The subject of this order includes, among others: Studies consisting of the following documentation: • complete building inventory (including a sector-specific inventory); • fire safety expertise describing the method of adapting the existing facilities to applicable fire safety regulations; • obtaining a positive Resolution of the Silesian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service in Katowice regarding the prepared expertise; • complete design concept (architectural-construction and industry-specific) together with an estimated valuation of the solutions contained in the expertise (together with potential accepted deviations); • complete construction, technical and executive documentation together with a cost estimate (investor’s, blind, bill of quantities). Within the required deadline, the Contractor will submit to the Ordering Party complete multi-discipline design documentation for the investment project in the following number of copies: 1. Total building inventory (including industry inventory) – 5 copies in paper form + 5 copies on CD; 2. Expertise together with a positive Resolution of the Silesian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service in Katowice – 5 copies in paper form + 5 copies on CD; 3. Complete design concept (architectural-construction and discipline-specific) together with an estimated valuation of the solutions contained in the expertise (together with potential accepted deviations) – 5 copies in paper form + 5 copies on CD; 4. Complete construction, technical, and detailed documentation together with a cost estimate (investor's, blind, bill of quantities) – 5 copies in paper form + 5 copies on CD.
