Provision of forest management services in the Goleniów Forest District in 2026-2027.

The PGL State Forests Goleniów Forest District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for A detailed description of the order is included in the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and annexes thereto. 1) The subject of the order is forest management services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567) covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and forest nursery management at the Nursery Farm in Krępsk, chemical plant protection within the Goleniów Forest District, as well as services in the field of collecting cones from fallen trees, fruit and seeds of forest trees and shrubs for the needs of the Nursery Farm in Krępsk. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the scope of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding to be performed within the Goleniów Forest District in 2026-2027 and forest nursery management at the Nursery Farm in Krępsk, chemical plant protection in the Goleniów Forest District as well as services in the scope of collecting cones from fallen trees, fruit and seeds of forest trees and shrubs for the needs of the Nursery Farm in Krępsk resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. planned scope of works; Appendix No. 2.2.1. detailed scope of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Appendix No. 2.2.2. valuation of the contract value for individual works estimated using the Labor Intensity Catalog; Appendix No. 2.3.1. characteristics of forestry in the scope of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. Timber harvesting assortment system in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. List of distances and conditions for timber skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.4. List of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5. List of items not accessible for machine harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.6. Information on the optimal timber harvesting technology (potential); Appendix No. 2.3.7. Information on the optimal timber harvesting variant; Appendix No. 2.4.1. Potential locations for the maintenance of forest plantations; Appendix No. 2.4.2. List of items not accessible for regeneration performed using a planter; Appendix No. 2.5. List of stands intended for cones and seeds collection. 3) The material ranges listed in the annexes included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with a detailed list of forest addresses for 2027 before the commencement of work in the following year, i.e. after the approval of the provisional financial and economic plan by the end of the year preceding the next period of work implementation. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications, which consist of: Appendix No. 3.1. Tables of Parameters (total for all Packages) regardingactivities indicated in the "Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works" Appendix No. 3.3. Tables of Parameters (total for all Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the technology standard for performing fire protection works" A detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1. to the SWZ in Appendix No. 3.3. to the SWZ and in Appendix No. 3.5. to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) a detailed description of the technology standard for performing fire protection works (activities) constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1 to the SWZ, Appendix No. 3.3 to the SWZ or Appendix No. 3.5 to the SWZ do not apply. The Parameter Tables contain detailed information on the method of implementing certain activities described in Appendix No. 3.1 to the SWZ – Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works, in Appendix No. 3.3 to the SWZ – Description of the technology standard for performing nursery management works, or in Appendix No. 3.5 to the SWZ – Description of the technology standard for performing fire protection works - in specific conditions concerning a given Package included in the subject of the order. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract are provided in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications. 6) A description of the principles of the procedure for accepting forestry works is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications.to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing nursery work (activities) and in Appendix No. 3.5 to the SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing fire protection work (activities) constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
