Provision of forest management services in the Syców Forest District in 2026, divided into tasks

The State Treasury - State Forests State Forests Syców Forest District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is forest management services, as defined in art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest management, forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding to be performed within the Syców Forest District in 2026. The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of work in the field of forest management, forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Appendix No. 2 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all material features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications. The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package"): Package I - Provision of forestry services in the Bralin forest area; Package II - Provision of forestry services in the Międzybórz forest area; Package III - Provision of forestry services in the Rychtal forest area; Package IV - Provision of forestry services in the Syców forest area; Package V - Timber harvesting and skidding using forestry machinery such as harvesters and forwarders at locations specified by the Ordering Party. Due to the actual natural and weather conditions that may arise during the execution of the subject of the order, as well as the currently unforeseen economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right, in justified cases, to make reductions, increase, determine new locations, or suspend the activities indicated in individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not mean the introduction of new work not covered by the scope of the order, and reducing adjustments do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. This should be understood as an increase in the amount of work at one location (forest address) within the Package Execution Area (including locations within the Package Execution Area not initially specified in the Specifications of Contracts), while simultaneously reducing the amount of work at another location (forest address) within the Package Execution Area, within the total amount of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject Matter of the Agreement specified in the Specifications of Contracts, to be performed throughout the Package Execution Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the contract during the execution of the contract may also arise to complete the full scope of work described in the subject matter of the contract. The new location is determined within the scope of the contract, but always exclusively within the Package Execution Area. with tender notice no. 702267-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
