conditioning equipment hereinafter referred to as the service in the building of the Faculty of Biology of the University of Gda sk ul Wita Stwosza 59 80-308 Gda sk and in the building of the maintenance servicing and repairs of ventilation and air conditioning equipment devices systems installations such as a air handling units laboratory comfort and warehouse fans b fume hoods both in terms of room ventilation and in terms of laboratory furniture together with all installations valves and other elements of the fume hood equipment c ventilated cabinets d Daikin chilled water unit with the entire chilled water installation e refrigeration and freezing units split air conditioners Daikin VRV air conditioning system with a central controller f cold store equipment their structure and casing g fire dampers electric air curtains h CT installations understood as the entire CT installation from the outlet from the heating substation wall to the ventilation units i electrical and automation switchboards for power supply and control of the devices j other devices indicated in the subject-price form Appendix No 1a to the SWZ Note regarding fume hoods Maintenance and service of fume hoods covers the entire fume hood i e connecting all gas water and deionized water systems to the fume hood including valves and connectors lighting electrical outlets sink glass and door lift and lowering mechanism other fume hood components and minor repairs to the fume hood paintwork The service also includes local exhaust ventilation systems for specific fume hoods 2 One-off activities during the contract period a testing of the electrical installations of the serviced devices b cleaning of the building s ventilation ducts c inspection of the fume hood automation its controllers and the entire fume hood automation system 4 A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order are specified in the Technical Specifications and the following appendices 1 the subject and price form Appendix No 1a to the Technical Specifications 2 the maintenance and service work schedule Appendix No 10 to the Technical Specifications 3 technical documentation technical descriptions equipment lists instructions Appendix No 9 to the Technical Specifications 4 a list of consumables necessary for maintenance and service supplied by the Contractor Appendix No 8 to the Technical Specifications 5 The service is to be performed in accordance with 1 the Technical and Operational Documentation of the equipment 2 applicable occupational health and safety regulations at all workstations including the use of safeguards and technical measures when performing work at heights e g a high ladder if it is necessary for health protection for the Contractor to perform work using temporary technical devices collective and individual protective equipment and other elements protecting the work of persons assigned to perform the contract The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations 3 fire protection regulations 4 operating and maintenance instructions of manufacturers or suppliers UDT regulations and relevant Polish and European standards that apply to the performance of the service taking into account a the maintenance and service schedule Appendix No 10 to the Technical Specifications SWZ b technical documentation technical descriptions equipment lists instructions Appendix No 9 to the Technical Specifications SWZ c the list of consumables Appendix No 8 to the Technical Specifications SWZ 6 The Contractor is obligated to ensure the proper operation and continuous maintenance of all ventilation and air conditioning equipment systems and installations specified in the tender form Appendix 1a to the Technical Specifications 7 The Ordering Party hereby informs that the Biology Department building and the Biological Station building use Daikin split air conditioners split air conditioners from other manufacturers and Daikin VRV air conditioner systems Therefore the Contractor is obligated to have the Service Tool software to operate Daikin VRVs 8 The Ordering Party does not allow any persons other than those indicated by the Contractor on the list of authorized service providers in the offer Appendix 7 to the Technical Specifications to perform the service being the subject of the contract It is prohibited for any service maintenance repair or even auxiliary activities to be performed by other persons such as vocational school apprentices vocational training students or persons undergoing professional training It is also unacceptable for a person with the authorizations professional qualifications and experience required by the Ordering Party indicated in the offer to direct or supervise work performed by other persons If the Ordering Party determines such situations this will be treated as the performance of the service by unauthorized persons which will result in the Contractor being charged a contractual penalty specified in the draft agreement Appendix No 5 to the Technical Specifications 9 The Contractor s remuneration must include the costs of materials supplied by the Contractor referred to in Appendix No 8 to the Technical Specifications necessary to provide the service as well as labor costs for repairs including travel costs related to the provision of the service 10 Occupational health and safety equipment used when working at heights and personal protective equipment used by service technicians in the performance of the activities covered by the service will be provided by the Contractor Details are provided in Chapter III of the Technical Specifications Details in Chapter III of
