The Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract includes: 24-hour medical services for detained persons brought in by officers, provided that they will be performed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The Contractor undertakes to provide the following medical services to detained persons brought in by the Ordering Partys officers: performing a medical examination of a detained person who meets the conditions specified in § 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 8 April 2024 on medical examinations of persons detained by the Police (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 516) and is intended to be placed in a detainee room; issuing a medical certificate confirming the absence or existence of medical contraindications to the detainees stay in a detainee room, along with justification; as well as dressing wounds and issuing a prescription for necessary medications. 2. The scope, size, quantity, and requirements for the order are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, hereinafter referred to as the DSC, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the ToR, and in the price calculation forms, constituting Appendix No. 2.1-2.11 to the ToR for the order portions, respectively. 3.
