The Ministry of Justice Central Board of the Prison Service in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. ICT Products, ICT Services and ICT Processes 1) The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject of the contract, including ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and components, infrastructure elements, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, meet the requirements arising from applicable law, in particular provisions on cybersecurity. 2) The Contractor is obliged to ensure that ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract do not include: a) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; b) ICT product the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. c) The requirement referred to in par. 2 applies to ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes covered by the offer or used to perform the subject of the contract, to the extent to which they are known to the Contractor as of the date of submission of offers. 3) In particular, the Contracting Authority considers the following ICT elements related to the performance of the subject of the contract: a) systems and software used to provide mobile telephony services and the Short Message Center (CKWT) service – SMS gateways; b) systems and software used to manage services, SIM/eSIM cards, numbering, telecommunications traffic or CKWT operation; c) telecommunications infrastructure devices and components used directly to provide the services covered by the contract, if they are part of the offered solution; d) SIM and eSIM cards; e) other ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes used by the Contractor to perform the subject of the contract, the use of which is significant for the provision of the services covered by the contract. 4) The Ordering Party does not require the specification in the list referred to in point V of the SWZ regarding the evidence in question of individual elements of the operator's infrastructure which cannot be clearly assigned to the implementation of the subject of the contract or the indication of which is not necessary to verify compliance with the above requirements. with tender notice no. 692516-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
