Provision of municipal waste collection and management services from residential property owners and waste collection and management from PSZOK in 2027-2028

The RANIŻÓW MUNICIPALITY in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 3.1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Raniżów Commune, as well as the collection and management of waste from PSZOKs (Public Waste Collection Facilities) in the period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028. 3.2. Under the contract, the Contractor is obligated to provide property owners residing in the Raniżów Commune with bags (or containers) for the collection of mixed and selective municipal waste for the duration of the contract. 3.3. The future Contractors remuneration for the performance of the services covered by the subject of the contract is the product of the actual amount of municipal waste collected and managed by type and the offered unit price per 1 Mg of collected and managed municipal waste, plus applicable VAT. Detailed description of the subject of the contract: 1) The Contractor is responsible for organizing the provision of services in the scope of municipal waste collection directly from property owners and the selective waste collection point in the Raniżów Commune and the management of this waste. 2) The Contractor is obliged to provide a municipal waste collection and management service, including: a) collection of waste from property owners residing in the Raniżów Commune, b) collection and management of waste from 1 selective waste collection point. 3) Municipal waste will be collected according to the following types: a) selectively collected municipal waste: - paper and cardboard (waste paper); - metals; - plastics; - glass, including colourless glass and coloured glass; - composite packaging waste; - hazardous waste; - expired medicines and chemicals; - waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; - used batteries and accumulators; - used electrical and electronic equipment; - furniture and other bulky waste; - used tires; - construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste; - textile and clothing waste. b) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste.
