Provision of municipal waste collection and management services from the facilities of the Provincial Waste Management Office in Radom and its subordinate units with the right of option - part I

The Provincial Police Headquarters based in Radom in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is: Provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from the facilities of the Provincial Waste Management Office in Radom and its subordinate units. 1) The Contractor undertakes to handle the transferred waste in a manner consistent with generally applicable legal provisions, in particular with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the Act of 27 April 2001 - Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647, as amended), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and implementing acts issued on the basis of relevant statutory delegations. 2) The Contractor is obliged to have the appropriate authorizations required by law, necessary to perform the subject of the order, in particular entries, permits and decisions of the competent authorities for conducting waste management activities, and undertakes to maintain them throughout the duration of the contract and to present them immediately upon each request of the Ordering Party. 3) The Contractor is obliged in particular to: a) load waste by an employee of the Contractor, b) maintain cleanliness at the place of service performance, c) secure the place in terms of occupational health and safety, 4) The subject of the order is divided into 15 tasks, the Ordering Party does not limit the number of tasks for which a contractor may submit an offer. The Contractor will ensure that the Ordering Party collects mixed and segregated municipal waste in appropriate containers. The Ordering Party will ensure that the containers are placed on a hardened surface and that appropriate access to the waste storage site is provided.Upon contract termination, the Ordering Party is obligated to return the containers to the Contractor in a condition that is not deteriorated beyond wear and tear resulting from proper use.
