The Municipal Social Assistance Center in Siemianowice Śląskie in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The order covers the provision of care services and specialized care services at the place of residence for clients of the Municipal Social Assistance Center in Silesia (Siemianowice Śląskie) for 7 days a week, from 6:00 to 21:00, excluding holidays. In cases of justified necessity for continuous provision of care services, these services may also be provided on holidays. The subject of the order includes assistance in meeting daily living needs, hygienic care, as recommended by a doctor, basic care that does not require specialized knowledge or skills, and, to the extent possible, ensuring contact with the environment, in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 1, point 11, and Article 50 of the Social Assistance Act of March 12, 2004. Specialized care services are those adapted to specific needs arising from the type of illness or disability. The types of care services are defined in Section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy dated August 4, 2026 (Journal of Laws, 2026, No. 1067). The types of specialized care services are defined in Section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy on specialized care services dated September 22, 2005 (Journal of Laws, 2024, No. 816). The period during which the order will be implemented: from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 (12 months). The subject of the order includes: a) 78,000 hours of care services (minimum 46,000 hours) for approximately 260 people; b) 2,400 hours of specialized care services - for approximately 4 people. In 2025, specialized services were granted for a period of 5 months. As of 2026, no specialized care services have been granted. Since this is an obligatory task for the municipality, there is a need to secure hours in the contract. The number of people is an estimate. The number of hours provided may also change and cannot be precisely determined due to the specific nature of the order, which is characterized by the variability of the needs of the beneficiaries due to changing health conditions.
