The Gmina Gilowice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Gilowice Commune in 2027, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026 item 912), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship 2023-2028, adopted by resolution of the Silesian Voivodeship Assembly No. VII/6/8/2024 of 21 October 2024. with annexes and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gilowice Commune adopted by Resolution No. XXV/166/20 of the Gilowice Commune Council of November 26, 2020 on the adoption of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gilowice Commune and Resolution No. XXV/167/20 of the Gilowice Commune Council of November 26, 2020 on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the scope of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee, Resolution No. XXXVIII/266/21 of the Gilowice Commune Council of October 27, 2021 on amending the resolution on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the scope of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee, Resolution No. XXXVIII/264/21 of the Gilowice Commune Council of October 27, 2021 regarding the Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Gilowice Commune. The scope of the contract includes: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties, 2) collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited properties, by which the Ordering Party understands properties containing summer cottages and properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, 3) collection and management of municipal waste from public places within the Gilowice Commune (street bins, bins at bus stops), 4) equipping residential properties, summer cottages, and recreational and leisure buildings with containers for bio-waste collection – 1 container with a capacity of 120 liters per property, 5) organization and operation of a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK). 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, while the requirements for the performance of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference – Draft Contract. 3.
