The contractor will provide public transport services for public utility purposes on the following transportation lines: 1) Task No. 1: the estimated transport volume during the contract period is 87,234.00 km, including: a) Sokółka – Sokółka S Line via Kraśniany and Gliniszcze Małe: the estimated transport volume during the contract period is 37,285.5 km (vehicle kilometers). transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips a day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 26.5 wkm = 79.5 wkm/day), b) Line B Sokółka – Sokółka via Plebanowce, Bogusze: the volume of transport work during the term of the contract is estimated at 49,948.5 wkm (vehicle-kilometers), transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips a day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 35.5 wkm = 106.5 wkm/day), 2) Task No. 2 the volume of transport work during the term of the contract is estimated at 87,937.50 km, including: a) Line M Sokółka – Sokółka via Malawicze Dolne, Orłowicze: the volume of transport work during the term of the contract is estimated at 56,280.00 wkm (vehicle-kilometers), transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips a day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 40 wkm = 120 wkm/day), b) Line K Sokółka – Sokółka via Szyszki, Stara Kamionka: the volume of transport work during the contract term is estimated at 31,657.50 wkm (vehicle-kilometers), transport will be carried out in accordance with the following assumptions: 3 trips a day, five days a week, trips on school days (3 trips x 22.5 wkm = 67.5 wkm/day), During the implementation of the service, the route and length of the communication lines may change by ± 20%, the ordering party may increase or decrease the number of stops served within the communication lines as needed The subject of the order is also the purchase of monthly tickets in the amount of approximately 118 tickets per month for students from the Sokółka commune fulfilling compulsory schooling under the provisions of Art. 39 of the Act of 14 December 2016 - Education Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900, as amended) on communication lines created by the organizer of public transport in the Sokółka Commune. Monthly tickets will be sold by the Operator, taking into account statutory discounts resulting from applicable regulations, in the period from February 2026 to June 2029, excluding summer vacation months.
