The Contracting Authority does not anticipate conducting an electronic auction, as referred to in Article 227 of the Public Procurement Act. 5. The Ordering Party may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submitting bids expires if circumstances arise that render further proceedings unjustified. 6.
