Purchase and delivery of 3 brand new, built-in specialist ambulances type "C" equipped with electric stretchers for the Provincial Emergency Medical Service in Katowice

Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226, Section 1, Item 5 of the Public Procurement Law. Requirements for compliance of ICT solutions: If the subject of the contract includes or may include an ICT product, an ICT service or an ICT process, the Contractor is obliged to offer only such ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes that, on the date of submission of offers: - are not indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026, items 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the fundamental security interest of the state; - do not include an ICT product the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or an ICT service or ICT process specified in that decision. If it follows from the content of the offer, documents submitted with the offer or the Contractors explanations that the offer includes the above-mentioned solutions, the offer is subject to rejection pursuant to art. 226 sec. 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Law. with tender notice no. 703367-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
