Purchase and delivery of 4 electric low-floor buses for the Kleszczewo Commune s out-of-town transport

The Gmina Kleszczewo in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The place of execution of the subject of the order is Zak ad Komunalny w Kleszczewie sp z o o ul Sportowa 3 The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No 3 to the Technical Specifications which constitutes an integral part thereof As part of the subject of the order the Contractor is also obligated to 1 conduct training for a minimum of 24 twenty-four employees of the Operator ZK w Kleszczewie sp z o o in the scope of ongoing service and a minimum of 4 four employees of the Operator in the scope of ongoing service and repairs of buses in accordance with the provisions of Appendix No 3 to the Technical Specifications and the draft agreement 2 grant the Ordering Party an indefinite authorization to perform technical service warranty and post-warranty repairs of buses devices and installations subject to this Agreement for the Ordering Party s internal needs However the Ordering Party s performance of the aforementioned repairs under the granted authorization is its right not its obligation Therefore the Ordering Party may entrust the performance of the aforementioned repairs to the Contractor or a guarantor at any time The detailed scope of the granted authorization for mechanical electrical and accident repairs will be specified in a separate service agreement taking into account the provisions contained in Appendices 3 and 3a to the Technical Specifications Scope of Authorization for Authorized Service Centers The service agreement referred to above will be signed on the date of signing the contract for the purchase and delivery of buses and will constitute an annex to this agreement The Contractor is obligated to submit a draft of the contract provisions to the Ordering Party and attach them to the offer 3 provide a program and interface enabling diagnosis adjustment and programming of bus operation of all installed devices systems subsystems 4 provide a monitoring system for each bus meeting the conditions detailed in Appendix 3 to the Technical Specifications 5 provide the required technical documentation necessary to perform ongoing technical maintenance and repairs including a diagram of the vehicle s electrical connections Technical and operational documentation and spare parts catalogs parts catalog also on CD in Polish as well as online catalogs in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Technical Specifications The buses referred to in point 1 must 1 meet the technical requirements specified in Annex No 3 to SWZ -OPZ 2 be brand new as defined in the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 low-floor and have a valid EC vehicle type approval certificate issued in accordance with the Act of 14 April 2023 on vehicle approval systems and their equipment meet the technical and operational parameters specified in the applicable provisions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment 3 be manufactured no earlier than one year before delivery not in use and not used for research or testing presentation or purposes of a similar nature 4 be of one brand identical in terms of construction completion equipment and colors agreed with the Ordering Party in accordance with Appendix No 3 to the Specifications marked with the logos of the European Funds for Infrastructure Climate Environment 2021-2027 FEnIKS Programme in agreement with the Ordering Party NOTE The subject of the contract must comply with the DNSH principle Do No Significant Harm referred to in Regulation EU 2020 852 The Contractor is obliged to use technical technological and organizational solutions that do not cause significant harm to environmental objectives in particular in the scope of climate change mitigation adaptation to climate change appropriate use and protection of water and marine resources protection of the soil and water environment circular economy including waste prevention and recycling prevention and control of air water or land pollution and protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems The materials equipment and technologies used should be characterized by rational use of resources reduced emissions and waste and durability throughout the facility s life cycle The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a written warranty for a period of no less than 1 a full vehicle warranty at least 24 months from the date of final acceptance 2 a warranty against perforation caused by corrosion of the external skins bodywork and chassis as well as cracks in the frame structure at least 120 months from the date of final acceptance 3 a warranty against paint coatings and anti-corrosion protection of the chassis at least 60 months from the date of final acceptance 4 a warranty against durability and proper operation of the electrical energy storage units at least 120 months from the date of final acceptance The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a written warranty for a period of no less than 1 a full vehicle warranty at least 24 months from the date of final
