The Katowickie Centrum Onkologii in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a cartridge-free computed tomography autoinjector, along with installation and assembly of the device for the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications – Price Quotation. 2. The technical and functional parameters of the device are specified in Appendix No. 4 to the Technical Specifications. The order also includes: 1) transport of the device to the destination, 2) installation and assembly, 3) the cost of annual service inspections during the warranty period, 4) delivery within 4 weeks of the contract conclusion date, 5) a 36-month warranty from the date of signing the "Final Acceptance Protocol" by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor. 6) Under the warranty, the Contractor ensures, in the offer price, the functionality of the device, including: • service inspections with all parts necessary to perform the inspections, in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements • all repairs, inspections, maintenance with spare parts and materials needed for their performance, • repair and replacement of parts with new ones, except when damage is caused by improper operation of the device, • extension of the warranty by the period of malfunction of the subject of the order in the case of warranty repairs, • commencement of the repair within 24 hours of reporting the defect, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, • repair time without the need to import parts from abroad: max. 3 days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, • repair time requiring the import of parts from abroad: max. 8 days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, • the total malfunction* of the device (in the event of a fault) will not exceed 20 working days in 12-month periods * malfunction is the lack of functionality of the device that prevents the performance of all procedures using it for more than 5 hours per day, including the malfunctions referred to in Appendix No. 4 - Technical and functional parameters. 7) delivery of a brand new, unused device, with a year of manufacture not earlier than 2025. with tender notice no. 690047-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
