Purchase and delivery of power generators and accessories under the "Population Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026"

The City of Zielona Góra - Zielona Góra City Hall in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order under the "Population Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026" are the following power generators: 1) a power generator with accessories with a capacity of approximately 830 kVA, 1 unit (one); 2) a power generator with accessories with a capacity of approximately 350 kVA, 1 unit (one); 3) a power generator with accessories with a capacity of approximately 125 kVA, 2 units (two); 4) a power generator with accessories with a capacity of approximately 150 kVA, 3 units (three). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex I.2 ​​to 3. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of the order for a period of at least 24 months. 4. The Ordering Party informs that the indications of common names, trademarks, manufacturer names, and photos that may appear in the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and attachments in the included elements of the description of the subject of the order serve solely to define visual, technical, and quality characteristics. Product names, trademarks, patents, or origins used in the ToR and its attachments should be treated as examples. The Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent products (materials, equipment). An equivalent product is considered to have the same functional, visual, material, and technical characteristics as the specific product indicated in the ToR but is marked with a different trademark, patent, or origin. The quality of the equivalent product cannot be inferior to that described in the subject of the order, cannot in any way lower the standard, and cannot change the principles and technical solutions adopted in this ToR, thus depriving the User of any performance, functionality, or usability described or resulting from the ToR. A contractor who adopts equivalent solutions (products) in their bid evaluation is obligated to prove the equivalence of the solutions adopted, including equipment and materials. In order to confirm that the offered equivalent solution meets the requirements specified in the Technical Specifications, the Contractor is obliged to submit, along with the offer, a detailed description/list of the offered subject of the equivalent contract, in which for each solution it specifies the features allowing for the unambiguous identification of the offered solution and confirmation of compliance with the description of the subject of the contract. Note: Failure to submit such a description/list will be equivalent to the acceptance of the solutions indicated in the Technical Specifications and annexes thereto. 5. The information on parameters and functions contained in this Technical Specifications and annexes is minimum data - the Ordering Party allows the offering of products with extended functions and improved parameters, provided that they meet the minimum requirements specified in this order. 6. The Ordering Party informs that it does not require the submission of the above-mentioned evidence with the offer, subject to point 3.3 of the Technical Specifications. 7. Pursuant to Article 100, Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be implemented taking into account the requirements for accessibility for disabled persons and design for all users.in particular, in accordance with the principles of universal design, referred to in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 13 December 2006 (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1169, as amended). The Contractor is obligated to implement the subject of the contract in a manner that guarantees full accessibility for all user groups, with particular emphasis on people with special needs. 8. The Ordering Party requires that the persons indicated by the Contractor who will participate in the execution of the contract and contact the Ordering Party during the execution of the subject of the contract have a communicative command of Polish. If the aforementioned persons do not have a command of Polish, the Contractor is obligated to provide an interpreter during the term of the contract and for the purposes of the execution of the subject of the contract at its own expense and through its own efforts. with tender notice no. 688255-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
