Purchase and delivery of software as part of the project

The Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of XRY PRO ULTIMATED software or equivalent software meeting the criteria specified in Annex 3 to the Technical Specifications as part of the "NETFORCE - Network for Financial Crimes Against European Union Enforcement" project. The Ordering Party plans to purchase one unit of this software. The Ordering Party requires that the product be brand new, of the first grade, not an exhibition product, free from technical and legal defects, approved for sale, and meet the quality and performance standards specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 3 to the Technical Specifications. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor provide the manufacturer, name, version, or other additional data enabling the unambiguous identification of the offered product in Annex 1 to the Technical Specifications. Failure to provide the manufacturer, name, version, or other additional data enabling the unambiguous identification of the offered product in the offer form. will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to art. 226 sec. 1 item 5 of the Public Procurement Law – as inconsistent with the terms of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered ICT products, ICT services, and ICT processes used to perform the contract, whether as main elements, components, elements of the service provision environment, or accompanying solutions, do not include: ICT products, ICT services, or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, stating their negative impact on the fundamental security interest of the state, or an ICT product the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision.
