Purchase and implementation of an ERP system in the HR area (personnel and payroll) for the Wrocław City Hall

The IT Services Center in Wrocław in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the Agreement under the basic order is: a. The Contractor shall conduct a System Analysis and prepare a System Analysis document for the requirements indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement for requirements with level 1 priorities, as well as with level 2 priorities offered by the Contractor, indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement for the Client, b. Preparation of the System in a test and production version according to the requirements of the System Analysis, c. Making the System available for use in a test and production version, d. Delivery, licensing, installation and configuration of the necessary middleware software; including database and server for the application layer, e. Installing and configuring the System in an agreed manner on agreed resources, f. Migrating data from the existing systems used by UMW to the System, g. Providing the On-Site Assistance service in the total amount not exceeding 80 man-hours, h. Preparing and submitting the Documentation to the Ordering Party, i. Providing Maintenance Services for a period of 12 months from the moment of completion of the provision of Initial Maintenance Services by the Contractor or from the moment of making the System available in the production version for use, in the event that Initial Maintenance Services are not provided, j. Conducting training for 2 groups of System Users, k. Conducting training for Administrators (1 group), l. Granting a license to use the System in the test and production versions. 2. The subject of the contract covered by the option right is: a. Providing Maintenance Services after the termination of the Maintenance Services in the basic order, for a period of 84 calendar months, provided that the option within the scope of Maintenance Services may be activated successively, for 12 months, in the form of a declaration by the Ordering Party, submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the next maintenance period. b. Provision of Development Services in a maximum amount of 1,000 Man-Hours. c. Provision of Initial Maintenance Services – from the date of System acceptance until the date the System is made available for use. d. Launching data encryption in the System, within the requirements of WT.12, Wt.13, WT.14, WT.15; e. Launching the requirements of WA.1.1.1 - W-AA.4.1.31 for parts of the System outside the Employee Portal. Within the scope of an order covered by the option right, the Ordering Party has only the right to order services, not the obligation to order them. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right in whole or in part.
