Purchase and implementation of hardware and upgrade of RIS and PACS system software along with licenses

The Zofia Tarnowska née Zamoyska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for The subject of the contract is: 1) Expansion of the RIS/PACS systems owned by the Zofia née Zamoyska Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg through the delivery, installation, configuration, and implementation of the System modules listed in the description of the subject of the contract, and their full integration with the Ordering Party's existing IT systems. The purpose of the expansion is to enable compliance with the obligation to maintain medical records in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health on the types, scope, and templates of medical records and the method of their processing (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 798) and to create, collect, and exchange electronic medical records in accordance with the Medical Information System Act (Journal of Laws of 2011, No. 113, item 657, as amended) within the scope of documents applicable under the law, and the delivery of perpetual licenses subject to a one-time payment. 2) Integration of the supplied software in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ. 3) Delivery and implementation of IT equipment necessary for the operation of the RIS/PACS system: a. RIS/PACS server - 2 pcs. b. Disk array - 1 pc. 4) Installation, implementation, configuration and launch of the above-mentioned software on the IT equipment indicated by the Ordering Party. 5) Ensuring electronic signing of imaging diagnostic test descriptions. 6) Ensuring the transfer of signed test descriptions to the Ordering Party's EDM system, regardless of whether the signed test description was prepared by the Ordering Party's radiologist or a radiologist performing teleradiology services through external entities. 7) Providing test documentation (test plan, scenarios, and test cases) for the delivered software. 8) Conducting acceptance and integration tests. 9) Training of the Ordering Party's personnel and System users in the delivered application software and system software. 10) Providing documentation required in the Technical Specifications. 11) Providing warranty services for the entire delivered and completed subject matter of the contract for a period of at least 36 months from the date of final system acceptance (in accordance with the Contractor's offer). with tender notice no. 646939-2026 published on 21 Sep 2026.
