Purchase and installation of a complete photovoltaic installation on a ground structure with a total capacity of approx. 499.8 kWp

The REKO PRIME LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and installation on a ground structure of a complete photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of approximately 499.8 kWp. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the purchase of used equipment. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial or variant offers. 4. Intended use of the subject of the order The installation in question is to ensure partial balancing of the electricity demand resulting from the Ordering Partys production processes, and thus increase energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions into the atmosphere. 5. Location of installation The installations will be located on the ground in an area used by the Ordering Party, on the plots indicated in the formal documents referred to below. 6. Formal and legal conditions and geological ground surveys For the purposes of implementing the subject of the order, the Ordering Party has the following documents: a) Connection Conditions: • no. WP/054071/2025/O08R00 b) Technical designs; c) Building permit – decision No. 152/26 of 14/04/2026, and decision No. 326/26 deciding on the partial amendment of decision 152/26 of 14/04/2026. d) Geotechnical opinion of the ground on which the PV installation is to be founded. e) Guidelines for the method of foundation and anchoring the PV installation in correlation with the above-mentioned geotechnical opinion 7. The scope of the subject of the order includes: a) PV installation in accordance with the technical specifications contained in chapter III; b) Execution of the ground structure in accordance with the technical specifications contained in chapter III; c) Execution of the necessary elements of technical infrastructure required by the Distribution Network Operator, including in particular: i. cabling on the DC and AC sides, cable routes, switchgears and a complete set of AC/DC protections; ii. electricity meter designed to measure the installation’s production; iii. telemechanics, protection automation, communication systems and elements required by the Distribution Network Operator; iv. devices protecting against the injection of active energy into the TAURON Dystrybucja SA grid, v. prepared for supervision and sealing by the Operator; d) Electrical and general construction works necessary for the complete execution of the installation, including delivery, assembly, connection, configuration, testing and commissioning; e) Documentation confirming compliance of the subject of the order with applicable law, including in particular a declaration of compliance with applicable standards; f) Operating instructions in Polish; g) Delivery and assembly of installation and structural elements, as well as electricity meters; h) Interactive guide on current and historical electricity production from the PV installation; i) execution of the designed area lighting, including the SSO cabinet, cable lines and five lighting poles, in accordance with the design.j) Conducting training for the Ordering Partys employees; k) Connecting the installation to the plants receiving installation in accordance with the design diagrams and the scope regarding transformer stations; l) Preparation of as-built documentation necessary to obtain an occupancy permit; m) Arrangements, notifications, and conduct of acceptance tests with Tauron Dystrybucja - Distribution Network Operator.
