The Warsaw University of Life Sciences Agricultural Experimental Station named after Prof. Adam Skoczylas in Żelazna in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the purchase and successive delivery of diesel fuel in an estimated maximum quantity of 210,000 liters (210 m3), grade B0. The diesel oil offered by the Contractor, which is the subject of the order, must meet all the requirements specified in applicable law, in particular those specified in: The Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024, on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018), taking into account: • The Act of August 25, 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209), • The Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 27, 2010, on the detailed procedure for controlling the type of fuel used (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 257 item 1735), • The Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024, on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1058), • Regulation of the Minister of State Assets of 27 November 2019 on a detailed list of liquid fuels, the production, storage or transhipment, transmission or distribution of which, trade, including trade with foreign countries, requires a license, and the transport of which requires entry in the register of importing entities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2336, as amended) – diesel oils with CN codes 2710 1943 2710 20 11, • PN-EN-590 appropriate for a given season or equivalent, CPV code: 09134000-7. 2. The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is the Warsaw University of Life Sciences Agricultural Experimental Station in Żelazna, Żelazna 43, 96-116 Dębowa Góra and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences Agricultural Experimental Station in Żelazna, Chylice Farm, Chylice Kolonia, Parkowa 9, 96-313 Jaktorów. 3. The subject of the contract, i.e., diesel fuel, will be delivered using the Contractor's own transport to the Ordering Party's fuel warehouses in Żelazna and Chylice. The oil will be refueled directly into above-ground tanks. The cost of diesel fuel transport will be borne by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor will deliver the fuel using a tanker truck equipped with fuel measurement devices with a current legalization certificate for the measurement device. It is prohibited to deliver oil in drums or plastic containers. 5. Specific delivery dates will be agreed upon with the Ordering Party each time, after taking into account warehouse stock and current status, and within the deadlines specified in the contract template. 6. Site visit a) The Ordering Party does not require the contractor to conduct a site visit or to verify the documents necessary to execute the order available on-site at the Ordering Party's premises. 7. The Contractor is obligated to indicate in the tender form the parts of the order that it intends to subcontract and provide the names of the subcontractors, if already known. 8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the subject matter of the order in terms of material and quantity,during the term of the contract, not more than 40% of the order value. 9.
