The Contractor is entitled to remuneration only for the quantity of diesel fuel actually delivered and accepted by the Ordering Party, subject to the minimum quantity specified above. 4) The basic order covers the purchase and successive delivery of diesel fuel in an estimated quantity of 3,500 m³, which the Ordering Party plans to use during the term of the Agreement. If the estimated quantity of diesel fuel in the basic order is used up, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise its option rights. 5) The option rights will include the ability to increase the quantity of diesel fuel supplied under the basic order, under the terms of the concluded Agreement, up to a maximum of 30%, i.e., by a maximum of 1,050 m3. The Ordering Party may, but is not obligated to, exercise this option right during the performance of the Agreement.
