Purchase, delivery and installation of an 8-unit steam sterilizer for the Central Sterilization Department of the Voivodeship Hospital Center of the Jelenia Góra Valley

The Provincial Hospital Center of the Jelenia Góra Valley in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g., resulting from responses to contractors' queries. 3. Acting under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority hereby informs that it may cancel this procurement procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, if public funds intended to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded until the public procurement procedure is completed. 4. The subject of the contract must have certificates, approvals, and permits for use in the Ordering Party's operations, in accordance with Polish law. The Contractor is responsible for verifying the provided documents for legality and compliance with the actual legal status. The subject of the contract must be brand new, devices manufactured in 2026, unused, not the subject of exhibitions, scientific research, development work, research services, not a post-demonstration or reconditioned item, not previously used for any purpose by another entity, approved for trading and use in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable law; complete devices, ready for use after installation without the need for additional purchases. with tender notice no. 679179-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
