Purchase, delivery, assembly and implementation of a digital telephone exchange for the hospitals needs

The Stefan Żeromski Specialist Hospital SPZOZ in Krakow in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is a brand new, complete digital telephone exchange with the necessary modules, communication servers, emergency power supply, software, licenses (perpetual licenses required), end devices, and standard installation, implementation, and training. The telephone exchange system must be characterized by an architecture that ensures the highest reliability (High Availability class) due to the continuity of medical services. Packages, modules, and cards must operate in HOT SWAP mode. It is required that all components included in the set – the main and backup Call Managers, subscriber equipment (analog CB, digital, and PRI interfaces, etc.), the remote module, and system (digital) telephones – be from a single manufacturer from the current production line and brand new. 2. The order includes in particular: a) delivery and assembly of the exchange components in dedicated RACK cabinets. b) delivery, assembly, and configuration of end devices (telephones, DECT IP base stations, along with adaptation of the network infrastructure). c) configuration and launch of system services (VoIP, IVR, Call Center, DECT IP, call recording, FAX to mail, arrangement of services and functionalities of the switchboard). d) installation and modernization work within the existing telecommunications infrastructure, fiber optics, station and cable patch cords of the hospital, without interfering with the structural elements of the building. e) delivery of management equipment (desktop computers and laptop) and dedicated software. f) delivery and assembly of a testing cabinet with software for cross-connection passporting. g) dismantling of the existing telephone switchboard and station patch cord, dismantling of system telephones – disposal in a manner consistent with the regulations concerning the aforementioned equipment. h) conducting training for system administrators and users (4 people). i) provision of warranty services and technical support. j) delivery of as-built documentation with internal numbering, service codes, operation and maintenance documentation for the telephone exchange and remote module, and all operating manuals for the supplied devices and equipment in Polish. A full warranty for a period of 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the subject of the order.
