Euro-6 (Annex I to EC Regulation no 595/2009 – Journal of Laws EU Law L167/1 of 25/06/2011, as amended. amended), 2) must be adapted to fuel containing biocomponents in the maximum amounts provided for by applicable standards and regulations (PN EN590: 2013, Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws Laws of 2023, item 1314), 3) the engine control system cannot contain hidden programs changing the level of exhaust emissions depending on its operating mode. 8. Ordering Party requires a minimum 3-year quality warranty for the entire offered vehicle 10-year quality warranty against corrosion perforation of body elements.
