The Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1) The subject of the order is the supply of 19 PickUp company vehicles. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the Technical Specifications and Part IV of the Technical Specifications. 3) Pursuant to Article 101, paragraph 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party accepts solutions equivalent to those described in the Technical Specifications using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101, paragraph 1, point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Act, if they enable the achievement of features or parameters not worse than those cited. Pursuant to Article 101, paragraph 5 of the Act, a Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in its offer that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent degree. 4) The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in its offer the parts of the order that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and provide the names of the subcontractors, if they are already known. 5) Name and code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: code: 34100000-8 - Motor vehicles. 6) The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the abovementioned evidence with the offer. 7) Place of performance of the subject of the contract: Konstancin – Jeziorna – ul. Warszawska 165, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna. 8) The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes, within the meaning of art. 2 points 11k, 11l and 11m of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, used to perform the contract – both as main elements and components, elements of the contract execution environment or accompanying solutions – do not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation of the Government Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 and 4a of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes, the type of which was specified in the decision of the minister responsible for computerization regarding the recognition of the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in rejection of the offer; in the case of public procurement, pursuant to art. 226 sec. 1 item 17 or item 19 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law.
