Delivery of one brand new medium-sized 4x4 rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Łebuni, with the parameters described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the procedure. 2. The vehicle must be new, with a complete set of documents, ready for registration, and possessing all necessary documents required for vehicle registration in Poland. 3. The vehicle should meet at least Euro 6 emission standards. 4. The detailed scope of technical parameters is specified in the list of technical parameters and equipment of the offered subject of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to this ToR. 5. The Contractor is obligated to deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's registered office. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor agree on a detailed delivery date and terms with the Ordering Party and inform the Ordering Party at least 2 business days in advance of the planned delivery date by email to: sekretariat@cewice.pl. 6. The Ordering Party indicates that the delivery date can only fall on the following days: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. Delivery on other days is only possible after the Ordering Party's acceptance of the deadline. 7. The Contractor may not change the equipment model proposed in the offer, nor its price, during the contract execution. The Contractor allows for changes to the equipment model only if the equipment model is discontinued, which must be confirmed by a manufacturer's declaration. In such a case, the offer price remains unchanged. Warranty Requirements: 1. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the delivered equipment for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of signing the equipment acceptance protocol and a 24-month warranty period. Both periods are equal. Extensions of both the warranty and guarantee periods are possible. In such a case, the Contractor may receive a higher number of points during the offer evaluation, in accordance with the offer evaluation criteria. 2. The warranty and guarantee periods begin on the day following the Ordering Party's signing of the handover protocol. 3. The Ordering Party undertakes to comply with the basic operating conditions specified by the manufacturer in the documents provided by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor undertakes to repair any defects reported by the Ordering Party's representative free of charge for the duration of the warranty and guarantee period. Service response time is by the end of the next business day following the notification. If the equipment requires repair outside the Ordering Party's premises, the Contractor will arrange for the collection of the defective equipment at its own expense and the delivery of the repaired equipment at its own expense.
