The Volunteer Fire Department in Po czyn in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 The subject of the order is the Purchase of a new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Department in Po czyn 2 As part of the subject of the order the Contractor is obliged to 1 perform the basic order consisting in the delivery of a new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system hereinafter referred to as the Basic Order 2 in the event that the Ordering Party exercises the option right referred to in Art 441 of the Public Procurement Law deliver additional equipment i e a bumper gun for the rescue and fire-fighting vehicle being the subject of the Basic Order hereinafter referred to as the Option 3 Execution of an order covered by the Option right 1 The maximum scope of the Option right includes the delivery of 1 bumper gun for the rescue and fire-fighting vehicle being the subject of the Basic Order 2 The Ordering Party is entitled to exercise the Option right provided that sufficient funds are secured in the Ordering Party s budget for the implementation of the Option 3 The Option right will be exercised by submitting to the Contractor in electronic form a declaration of exercise of the Option right no later than November 10 2026 4 If the Option right is exercised the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the bumper cannon together with the vehicle being the subject of the Basic Order by the deadline specified in Chapter V section 2 of the ToR i e by December 11 2026 5 The exercise of the Option right is the Ordering Party s entitlement not its obligation If the Ordering Party does not exercise the Option right the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party on this account 6 The remuneration for the exercise of the Option will be in accordance with the price indicated by the Contractor in the Bid Form Appendix No 1 to the ToR The exercise of the Option right under the terms specified in the ToR and the contract does not constitute an amendment to the contract 7 The provisions of the draft contract Appendix No 6 to the ToR regarding the Basic Order shall apply accordingly to the order covered by the Option right unless the provisions concerning the Option provide otherwise 4 The subject of the order is implemented with the participation of funds from the National Headquarters of the State Fire Service the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management funds from the budget of the Puck Commune and the own funds of the Volunteer Fire Department in Po czyn 5 The minimum technical quality parameters of the vehicle are described in Appendix 1a to the ToR Description of the minimum parameters of the offered vehicle 6 Each Contractor in the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract a declaration shall be submitted by each of the Contractors must attach to its offer valid as of the date of submission of offers A declaration on non-exclusion and on fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure referred to in Art 125 sec 1 of the Public Procurement Act submitted on the European Single Procurement Document hereinafter ESPD form constituting Annex No 2 to Commission Implementing Regulation EU 2016 7 of 5 January 2016 establishing a standard form for the European Single Procurement Document The information contained in the ESPD constitutes preliminary evidence confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure as of the date of submission of tenders temporarily replacing the subjective means of proof required by the Contracting Authority Introductory declaration the template is attached as Annex No 2 to the ESPD Instructions for completing the ESPD can be found at https www uzp gov pl aktualnosci aktualna-wersja-instrukcji-wypelniania-jedzespd with tender notice no. 670032-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
