The purchased vehicles must meet, among others, the following requirements: 4.1. the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Law"; 4.2. the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502 as amended); 4.3. the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 December 2025 on the marking of the State Emergency Medical Service system and requirements for uniforms of members of emergency medical teams (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1768, as amended) applicable to type C ambulances; 4.4. standards: PN-EN 1789+A2 or its replacement “or equivalent” for the vehicle, and PN-EN 1865 or its replacement “or equivalent” for patient transport equipment - main stretcher and stretcher carrier, including mounting; 4.5. have a valid ambulance approval certificate or individual EC type approval or individual approval issued by the Director of Transport Technical Inspection for the offered completed vehicle (for a car with bodywork), issued in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law; 4.6. Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 31, 2022, on detailed activities of authorities in matters related to the approval of vehicles for road traffic and templates of documents in these matters (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1849, as amended); 4.7. meet the conditions specified in EU community legislation, with particular emphasis on environmental regulations, i.e. carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to provide services accompanying the delivery of cars, indicated in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the specification, as the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in the manner specified in these draft provisions of the contract. with tender notice no. 677990-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
