The POWIAT KRAKOWSKI in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1) The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, unloading, carrying in, assembly (if applicable – i.e. if the specificity of the subject of the order requires assembly of a given item) and start-up (if applicable – i.e. if the specificity of the subject of the order requires start-up of a given item) of computer hardware and software for the Secondary School Complex in Giebułtów under project no. The subject of the order will be used for educational purposes at the Secondary School Complex in Giebułtów, the Technical and Economic School Complex in Skawina, the School and Educational Institution Complex in Skała, and the Secondary School Complex in Krzeszowice. Appendix 7 – Description of the Subject of the Order indicates which school is the recipient of each subject of the order. 2) The Contractor is obligated to deliver a brand new subject of the order, showing no signs of use, manufactured using current technologies, free from any physical and legal defects, and compliant with the requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order. 3) The subject of the order is divided into 4 lots, i.e.: Part 1: Multifunction device – 1 piece Laptop – 2 pieces Part 2: Computer set – 16 sets Monitor – 16 pieces Interactive monitor 86" with built-in camera and accessories – 1 piece Network drive – 1 piece Part 3: Laptop – 34 pieces Computer set – 40 sets Monitor – 40 pieces Part 4: Laptop – 15 pieces A3 printer – 1 piece A4 printer – 1 piece 4) A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of implementation are included in: a) the draft provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 8 to the Specifications of Technical Conditions, b) the description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 7 to the Specifications of Technical Conditions. - The Contractor is obliged to submit, together with the offer, a completed Appendix No. 1A – 1D to the Specifications of Technical Conditions – Price Form, respectively for the lot for which the Contractor submits an offer, in accordance with the list below: Appendix No. 1A to the Specifications of Technical Conditions – Price Form – applies to Part 1 Appendix No. 1B to SWZ – Pricing Form – applies to Part 2. The Pricing Form must contain precise product identification data for each item and the price. For laptops and computer sets, additional identification data for the components indicated in the Pricing Form must be provided.Appendix No. 1A to 1D to the Technical Specifications – Pricing Form constitutes an integral part of the offer and does not need to be supplemented. - The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor provide a quality guarantee for the delivered/performed subject of the contract for a period of at least 24 months, counting from the date of the final acceptance of the subject of the contract by protocol. At the same time, the warranty period is one of the offer evaluation criteria described below in chapter 15 of these Technical Specifications. - The Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and components, elements of the environment, service provision or accompanying solutions, does not include: • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; • ICT product the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 sec. 1 item 17 or item 19 of the Public Procurement Law, respectively. To verify the above circumstances, the Contractor shall submit an appropriate declaration in the bid form, and the Contractor shall also submit, along with the bid, a List of ICT elements constituting Annex 1E to the Technical Specifications. The list constitutes an integral part of the bid and serves to identify the ICT products, ICT services, and ICT processes covered by the bid or used to perform the contract. - The Contracting Authority informs that in this procedure it will apply the so-called reverse procedure. Failure to meet the above requirement results in rejection of the offer on the basis of art. 226 sec. 1 item 17 or item 19 of the Public Procurement Act, respectively. In order to verify the above circumstances, the Contractor shall submit an appropriate declaration in the offer form, and the Contractor is also obliged to submit, together with the offer, a List of ICT elements constituting Annex No. 1E to the Technical Specifications.
