The Miejski Zakład Komunikacyjny Sp. z o. o in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is: 1. delivery of 6 12-meter electric buses – detailed description of the subject of the order in accordance with Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ, 2. delivery of 4 18-meter electric buses – detailed description of the subject of the order in accordance with Appendix No. 2b to the SWZ, 3. delivery, assembly, connection to the power grid of infrastructure for charging electric buses, including: 5 depot charging stations, each with a minimum power of 2 x 75kW – detailed description of the subject of the order in accordance with Appendix No. 2c to the SWZ, 4. delivery of 56 promotional stickers, including 40 left-handed stickers and 16 right-handed stickers. The task is planned for implementation as part of the project: "Purchase of electric buses together with the necessary infrastructure to operate them – stage III" under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme (FEnIKS 2021–2027), measure FENX.03.01 – Urban transport (buses, trolleybuses). The Contracting Authority has the right to cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme (FEnIKS 2021–2027), measure FENX.03.01 – Urban transport (buses, trolleybuses), following the submission of a competitive application for funding for the project entitled: "Purchase of electric buses together with the necessary infrastructure to operate them – stage III", are not awarded. Order completion deadlines: 1) for the delivery of 10 buses: up to 420 days from the contract date; 2) for the delivery of 5 depot chargers: up to 390 days from the contract date; 3) for the delivery of 56 promotional stickers: up to 420 days from the contract date. Whenever standards, trademarks, or patents are referenced in the order documents, they should be understood as defining certain technical parameters or quality standards for which the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
