Purchase of electronic equipment - monitors as part of the project: Construction laboratories of the future - construction of school workshops at the Complex of Construction and Architecture Schools in Tarnowskie Góry

The Tarnowskie Góry County in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the purchase, assembly and delivery of electronic equipment – ​​monitors as part of the project entitled: “Construction Laboratories of the Future – construction of school workshops at the Complex of Construction and Architecture Schools in Tarnowskie Góry”. Place of delivery: Complex of Construction and Architecture Schools, Tarnowskie Góry, 3 Okrzei Street. 2. The order is co-financed by the Just Transition Fund under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order and a description of the Ordering Party’s requirements regarding implementation and acceptance are specified in: 1) description of the subject of the order – Appendix No. 5 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference, 2) draft provisions of the contract – Appendix No. 3 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference. 4. The required warranty period for the completed subject matter of the contract is at least 24 months from the date of signing the faultless handover protocol by the Ordering Party, the User (i.e. the ZSBA director or another person designated by them) and the Contractor. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence. 6. The Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 2) an ICT product the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 paragraph 1 item 17 or item 19 of the Act, respectively. 7. The contract is awarded in parts. Estimated value of all lots: PLN 4,512,393.39 net. with tender notice no. 715902-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026. The tender is due to expire on 20 Nov 2026.
