The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. 7. The Ordering Party requires that the Subject of the Contract comply with the DNSH principle and meet the conditions specified in the Specifications of Technical Specifications. 8. The Ordering Party hereby informs that pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, it may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds which the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. with tender notice no. 699754-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
