The Gmina Zduny in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new rescue vehicles and equipment, along with equipment, documentation, acceptance testing, and user training. The order is divided into two parts. Part 1: Purchase of three medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicles. 1. Part 1 covers the delivery of three brand new medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicles with equipment: one for the Bąków Dolny Volunteer Fire Department, one for the Bąków Górny Volunteer Fire Department, and one for the Zduny Volunteer Fire Department. 2. Part 2 Purchase of a Telescopic Handler 1. Part 2 covers the delivery of one brand new telescopic handler with work equipment for the Złaków Kościelny Volunteer Fire Department, specifically designed for natural disaster relief, moving fallen trees, mud, snow, and debris, and transporting materials and equipment during rescue operations. 2. The handler and its equipment must be unused, free from defects and third-party rights, complete, marked, approved for use in accordance with regulations, and ready for operation. Detailed requirements are specified in Appendix 1A to the Technical Specifications. 3. The place of delivery and collection of the handler is the headquarters of the Złaków Kościelny Volunteer Fire Department or another location within the Zduny commune agreed upon with the Ordering Party. Division into Lots 1. The Contractor may submit a bid for one or both lots. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of lots for which a Contractor may submit a bid, nor the number of lots that may be awarded to a single Contractor. Each lot will be evaluated separately, and a separate contract will be concluded for each lot. Financing of the order 1.
