Purchase of two specialized means of sanitary transport – ambulances (road ambulances) with 4×4 drive along with equipment for the needs of the Nowy Dwór Medical Center

The Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki Medical Center in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of two specialized means of medical transport – 4x4 ambulances (road ambulances) with equipment for the Nowy Dwór Medical Center. 2. Detailed technical and functional requirements for the subject of the contract are specified in Annexes 2.1 and 2.2 to the ToR. The Contractor must submit both completed annexes with the offer, confirming the technical parameters and equipment of the offered ambulances. The offer must include both ambulances, in accordance with the scope of the contract specified in this ToR. 3. Ambulance equipment that constitutes medical devices must meet the requirements specified in Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices and in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, to the extent applicable to the given product, and must have the legally required documents confirming compliance and approval for marketing and use. 4. In the case of equipment that is not a medical device, the Contractor is obliged to ensure its compliance with the applicable regulations regarding safety and marketing. If there is no obligation to prepare a declaration of conformity, CE marking, or obtain another marketing authorization document for a given product, the Contractor shall submit an appropriate declaration indicating that the given obligation does not apply. 5. The delivery item must meet the conditions specified: a) in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment; b) in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 December 2025 on the designation of the State Emergency Medical Service system and requirements for uniforms for members of emergency medical teams; c) the PN-EN 1789+A1:2024-06 standard or equivalent, and the applicable parts of the PN-EN 1865 standard or equivalent, subject to mandatory regulations regarding the approval, safety, and admission of vehicles and medical devices to trading and use. 6. The offered ambulance must be brand new, unused, manufactured at least in 2026, complete, free from defects in design, materials and workmanship, and equipped in accordance with Annex 2.1 / 2.2 to the Technical Specifications. 7. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a vehicle card, a current type approval certificate, a warranty booklet, a service inspection booklet, an owners manual in Polish, two sets of keys, a list of equipment and accessories, and the necessary documents authorizing the vehicle to be roadworthy in Poland. 8. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with the documents required for its registration and roadworthiness in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in particular the legally required type approval documents for the completed vehicle,warranty and service documentation for the vehicle and medical equipment, operating instructions in Polish, two sets of keys, a list of equipment and accessories, and other documents required by law and the provisions of the contract. 9. The remuneration will be paid in accordance with the terms specified in Chapter I, point 11 of the Technical Specifications and in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the Technical Specifications. 10. The Contractor shall bear the cost of delivery and be responsible for the delivery of the subject of the order to the Ordering Partys registered office. with tender notice no. 707022-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
