Purchasing group. Successive delivery of diesel fuel to the customers tanks

The Municipal Transport Company Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and successive delivery of diesel fuel for the tanks of entities belonging to the Municipal Purchasing Group of organizational units of the City of Włocławek. 2. The order covers the delivery of diesel fuel for the Ordering Party’s tanks in the type and quantity estimated for: 1) Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne Sp. z o.o.: a) “standard” diesel fuel – 630,000 liters, b) diesel fuel “with improved low-temperature properties” – 60,000 liters. 2) Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o.: a) “standard” diesel fuel – 79,000 liters 3) Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej “Saniko” Sp. z o. o.: a) “standard” diesel oil – 250,000 liters, b) diesel oil “with improved low-temperature properties” – 250,000 liters. 4) Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o. o.: a) “standard” diesel oil – 47,000 liters. The total purchase under the basic order includes: Fuel name Quantity [liter] “Standard” diesel oil – 1,006,000 liters Diesel oil “with improved low-temperature properties” – 310,000 liters. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to not use the full quantitative limit indicated in the basic order. In the event that the Ordering Party does not use the full quantitative limit, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for compensation. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to expand the scope of the subject of the order using the “Right of Option”, i.e. it reserves the right to increase the quantity of fuel delivered during the contract execution period in relation to the quantity constituting the subject of the basic order. In such a case, the Contractor undertakes to enable the Ordering Party to purchase additional quantities of fuel on the same terms as the deliveries covered by the basic order. 6. Under the “Right of Option”, the Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase fuel in the following quantities: 1) up to 10% of the basic order for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek, regarding standard diesel fuel and up to 10% of diesel fuel “with improved temperature properties”, 2) up to 20% of the basic order for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek, 3) up to 20% of the basic order for Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej “Saniko” Sp. z o. o. in Włocławek and up to 20% of diesel oil "with improved temperature properties", 4) up to 20% of the basic order for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o. o. in Włocławek. The optional order will be fulfilled based on information that the Ordering Party will provide to the Contractor in writing no later than October 1, 2027. 7.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Tender Specification. 8. The contractor’s detailed obligations regarding the performance of the subject of the contract are specified in: 1) Draft provisions of the MPK public procurement agreement – ​​Appendix No. 9; 2) Draft provisions of the MPWiK public procurement agreement – ​​Appendix No. 10; 3) Draft provisions of the PGK Saniko public procurement agreement – ​​Appendix No. 11; 4) Draft provisions of the MPEC public procurement agreement – ​​Appendix No. 12; 5) Evidence: The Ordering Party requires that the evidence in question be submitted with the offer in the form of a fuel safety data sheet – in accordance with the Act of 25 February 2011 on chemical substances and their mixtures (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1816). If the Contractor fails to submit the evidence in question or the evidence in question is incomplete, the Ordering Party will request its submission or supplementation within a specified time limit. The Contracting Authority hereby informs that, despite the anticipated request, it will not request the submission or supplementation of the evidence in question if the evidence in question serves to confirm compliance with the characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the offer evaluation criteria, or if, despite the submission of the evidence in question, the offer is subject to rejection or there are grounds for invalidating the procedure. The contract completion deadline is set at 12 months.
